Cramping started and continued to escalate, as we were a few days prem we were unable to have a water birth but that didn\u2019t matter at all as the mid Wifes got me in the shower to enjoy some water still! <a href=\"https:\/\/hypnobirthingaustralia.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Images-for-website-20.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-105101 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/hypnobirthingaustralia.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Images-for-website-20-300x188.jpg\" alt=\"skin-to-skin contact with baby after birth\" width=\"300\" height=\"188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hypnobirthingaustralia.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Images-for-website-20-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hypnobirthingaustralia.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Images-for-website-20.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I can\u2019t stress how much the breathing techniques and staying focused helped through out the process and gave me a positive experience from start to finish!
