It can be difficult to get comfortable especially when you\u2019re further along in your pregnancy and then there is that constant need to get up several times a night to pee.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Top tips for getting a good night\u2019s sleep whilst pregnant:<\/b><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to bed earlier than usual and get up later &#8211; I know this sounds like common sense but make a point of doing it.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Takes naps throughout the day when you can. Take that nanna nap whenever you get to opportunity, so you can catch up on lost sleep.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you&#8217;re later on in your pregnancy it is best to lie on your left slide as <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It improves circulation, giving nutrient-packed blood an easier route from your heart to the placenta to nourish your baby. Laying on your left side all the time can get uncomfortable so we recommend <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">using pillows to get comfortable. You can place small pillows under your belly for support, have your partner roll a pillow in the small of your back, and also place a pillow between your knees.
