Hello Melissa,<\/p>\n

My name is Faith and I was in your hypnobirthing class earlier this year around June. Just wanted to let you know I had such a beautiful and relaxing birth thanks to you. I still can’t believe that it actually happened so quickly and so smoothly. Olive Rose \u00a0was born at 8.25am on Sunday the 28th of September. 4 days past the EDD. After contractions started at midnight I just completely relaxed through every surge and went to the hospital at 6.30am the nurses didn’t bother to check on me because I was so relaxed they thought I wasn’t in active labor, so at 7.30 someone checked me when I said I think I want to push soon and I was 8cm dilated \ud83d\ude42 when I did get the urge to bear down she was out in 4 big breaths. Yay! I went home with her 6 hours later and had an amazingly quick recovery.<\/p>\n

There really is something to be said about relaxing and breathing through the stages of labor that makes it not only bearable but liberating and really special. I make sure all the people I know and love who are heading towards having a family look you up! As I said before I’m so glad you are out there teaching this technique.<\/p>\n

So thank you, thank you, thank you for showing me how to relax through giving birth. Big hugs and kisses for you!<\/p>\n

Seriously, after giving birth to my first baby boy (it was so long and traumatic) I know that hypnobirthing works! I did it the hard way and I can only wonder what it would have been like if I knew about hypnobirthing then…<\/p>\n
