We’ve just received news of our very first hypnobub! Hypno-mum Lindsay from Western Australia was one of the first to use the hypnobubs online program <\/a>and she just gave birth. Here is her very inspiring birth story!<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Hi Melissa,<\/span><\/p>\n

I just wanted to write and thank you- my baby girl Faye was born on Tuesday evening \ud83d\ude42 my labour was very calm and quick (apparently!) 2 1\/2 hrs and I used only hypno techniques and aromatherapy (and a fair bit of primeval grunting!). I was nearly 6cm dilated before I started getting surges and I’m sure that was from hypno techniques.<\/p>\n

Even when her shoulder got stuck (4kg girl but very chubby) and she started to get distressed I was able to focus and ‘breathe’ her out without any damage. I’m also using the surge techniques to help with my uterine contractions and haven’t even needed a panadol yet.<\/p>\n

So thank you. I couldn’t of done it without hypnobubs.<\/p>\n
