I want to thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with Johnny and I.
\nWe had baby Flynn on Tuesday at 1:53pm and it was such a calm and beautiful experience I still get teary just thinking about it.
\nHe was born at 37 weeks and 5 days so when I started feeling surges.<\/p>\n

\"natural<\/a>I did not expect to have my Baby just hours later (from everyone’s horror stories I also expected them to feel a lot worse) relaxing and breathing through them was amazing and allowed me to drift back to sleep so I was well rested.<\/p>\n

Johnny was perfect, he used the cheat sheet a lot! It really is the best thing to have. I could just hear his reassuring words and my music playing in the background.<\/p>\n

We were able to have the birth we wanted with no intervention, it was just Johnny and I in the room when baby made his first appearance and that was really special. He’s so calm and sweet.<\/p>\n
