Lisa supported me to regain my confidence and an open mind regardless of how my baby decided to make an appearance.<\/div>\n<div>In the end, my labour started naturally. Everything went exactly as I&#8217;d hoped. After a 15-hour labour baby, Arlo was born with the support of my husband, a couple of amazing midwives, hypnobirthing and a little gas and air during transition!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>It was an intense experience but hypnobirthing allowed me to feel in control throughout. The hospital staff constantly commented on how calm I appeared.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>My husband was very prepared because of the knowledge and tools he had learnt during the course and it allowed us to work together so well during the labour.
