After participating in Debra from Empowered to Birth in Bendigo<\/a> Hypnobirthing Australia course we felt confident and excited about the upcoming birth.<\/p>\n

Although I had to be induced at 38+5, due to Gestational Hypertension, I managed without pain relief other than hypnobirthing. Staying in my Labour bubble with affirmations, swaying and breathing Baby Leo was born after only 3.5 hrs !!<\/div>\n
And how lucky was I to have had the best support person and midwives?
\nMightn\u2019t have been how we planned it but we totally rocked it.<\/div>\n
