Hypnobirthing Australia’s mission to spread the word of positive birthing was given an AMAZING opportunity. We were approached by the producers of Australia’s top morning show – Channel 7 Sunrise<\/a> to feature a live antenatal class through the morning.<\/p>

Sam Mac, the weatherman<\/a>, provided some laughs as we demonstrated affirmations, Rebozo sifting, slow dance, light-touch massage and complementary therapies such as acupuncture.<\/p>

\"Hypnobirthing<\/a><\/p>

Myself, several of our wonderful Sydney & Northern Beaches Practitioners along with some very eager Hypnobirthing Australia parents all turned up at 5 am in the morning to show Australia just how beneficial our ‘Positive Birth Program’ is in helping women and birth partners prepare for an empowered and positive birth experience.<\/p>

We feel so grateful to have been given this opportunity. We know that when we all work together, we can spread the word that birth CAN and SHOULD be a positive experience.<\/p>
