I discovered the power of hypnosis when I kicked a 40 a day 25-year smoking habit with one hypnosis session. It was like a magic wand had been waved and I was free from smoking and my cravings disappeared forever. I was intrigued how I could be cured so easily of what I thought was an unbeatable addiction. I wanted to know what else I could do with hypnosis.
This interest led me on a 3-year journey of learning, training, researching and developing my knowledge and hypnosis skills. At the time I was working in the corporate world and like so many others, was suffering from stress and anxiety. I realised that I could use hypnosis to bring so much positive change to people suffering like I was.
I now work full time as a Cognitive Wellbeing Hypnotherapist specialising in helping clients overcome anxiety and it’s related symptoms.
I developed my unique Cognitive Wellbeing Hypnosis method to support clients in overcoming insomnia, general anxiety disorder, phobias, panic attacks and reducing alcohol consumption.
My work also supports personal development in assertiveness, confidence and dealing with performance anxiety.
