Pay as you go sessions

Pay as you go hypnotherapy session either at my therapy rooms in London or via video online. Ongoing hypnotherapy sessions are 55 minutes.
Overcome Anxiety 5 Session Package

A complete 5 session programme designed to help you overcome anxiety causes and symptoms. Sessions take place either at my therapy rooms in Islington or via live video.
Overcome Performance Anxiety 4 Session Package

A complete 4 session programme designed to help you overcome anxiety associated with presentations, confidence at work and assertiveness. Sessions take place either at my therapy rooms in Islington or via live video.
